Brian Mullally, Esq.
Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder
Mr. Mullally is passionate about driving down the cost of borrowing across the globe through marketplaces and alternative, lower cost sources of debt. He most recently served as a Vice President with Greenleaf Trust, a $7 billion wealth and institutional asset manager. While at Greenleaf Trust, Mr. Mullally cultivated and led some of the bank's largest asset management relationships, helping to grow new assets and revenues more than 20% annually. Mr. Mullally also formerly worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co in New York. He is a licensed attorney and a member of the State Bar of Michigan. He received a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and he received his MBA and law degree from the University of Notre Dame. He is a graduate of the American Banker's Association National Graduate Trust School and holds the CTFA designation

Benjamin Decio
President & Co-founder
Mr. Decio adds operational, sales and marketing experience to GlobeFunder. Mr. Decio spent 7 years in the technology and consulting industries focused on the Fortune 500, holding successful careers in sales and consulting for CompuServe, UUNET Technologies, and DigitalThink. Most recently, Mr. Decio served as Chief of Staff for Skyline Corporation where he was head of sales and marketing for Skyline RVs (6 companies) and three Skyline Manufactured Housing facilities, spearheading new product initiatives resulting in a 163% profit increase. Mr. Decio received his undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

John D. Schoolman
Chief Operations Officer & Co-founder
Mr. Schoolman brings eighteen years of experience in the financial services industry to GlobeFunder. Most recently, as Vice President of Greenleaf Trust, Mr. Schoolman participated in the startup of Michigan's first trust and wealth management bank and oversaw the operations of its Retirement Plan Division. Prior to Greenleaf Trust, Mr. Schoolman spent eight years with First of America Bank (National City Corporation). Mr. Schoolman graduated with honors from the American Bankers Association National Graduate Trust School, holds CTFA and CRSP designations and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.

Robert Koviak
Cheif Growth Officer - Business Development
Mr. Koviak brings 14 years of Business Development and Sales experience with a strong focus in Internet Technology and platform-based solutions to GlobeFunder™. Robert has been involved with numerous internet technology organizations including: CompuServe, UUNET, Verizon Business, iPass. Robert was directly responsible for initiating the web strategy, infrastructure and delivery of numerous companies in the Fortune 100. While at these organizations Robert was part of two successful IPOs and was instrumental in iPass, accomplishing 1000% growth from 2000—2004. Directly involved in cumulative technology contracts totaling in excess of $1 billion. He is passionate about exceeding client expectations while allowing them to optimize their environment. He graduated Cum Laude at Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree, and was a member of the university's varsity golf team.

Peter B. Davidson
Senior Advisor
Mr. Davidson is founder and CEO of Brooks FI Solutions, a Retail Banking and Payments consulting firm. Mr. Davidson has more than thirty years of consulting, retail banking, and payments experience. He has held positions as President of Speer and Associates, Executive Vice President of Genpass, Inc., Executive Vice President of HSBC USA, President of HSBC Mortgage, and Senior Vice President at CoreStates Financial. He has served on a number of boards and committees, including the Visa Marketing and Operations Committees, the Board of the Krannert School of Consumer Credit, and the Government Relations Committee of the Consumer Bankers Association. Mr. Davidson holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Widener University.
